We take data protection seriously

The protection of your privacy during the processing of personal data is an important concern for us. When you visit our website, our web servers store the IP address of your internet service provider, the website from which you visit us, the web pages you visit on our site and the date and duration of your visit as standard. – Right to rectification in accordance with article 16 DSGVO: You have a right to immediate rectification of incorrect data concerning you and/or completion of your incomplete data registered by us;

– Right to deletion in accordance with article 17 DSGVO: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data if the requirements of article 17 paragraph 1 DSGVO are met. However, this right is not valid in particular if the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to comply with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to enforce, exercise or defend legal claims;

– Right to restrict processing in accordance with article 18 DSGVO: You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data subject to verification of the accuracy of your data which you dispute, if you refuse to delete your data on the basis of unlawful data processing and instead request the restriction of the processing of your data, if you need your data for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims, after we no longer need these data once the purpose has been achieved, or if you have appealed on the merits of your particular situation, as long as it has not yet been established that our legitimate reasons outweigh the legitimate reasons;

– Right to be information in accordance with article 19 DSGVO: If you have asserted the right of rectification, erasure or restriction of processing against the responsible party, the latter is obliged to notify all recipients to whom the personal data concerning you have been disclosed of this rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. You have the right to be informed of these recipients.

– Right to data transferability in accordance with article 20 DSGVO: You have the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another responsible entity as long as this is technically feasible;

– Right to revocation of any consent granted in accordance with article 7 paragraph 3 DSGVO: You have the right to revoke any consent you have granted to the processing of data at any time in the future. In the event of revocation, we will delete the concerned data immediately, unless further processing cannot be justified on a legal basis for processing without consent. The revocation of consent will not affect the rightfulness of the handling of data which has been carried out until the revocation on the basis of the consent;

– Right of appeal in accordance with article 77 DSGVO: If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the DSGVO, you have the right – without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy – to appeal to a supervisory authority, particularly in the member state where you are domiciled, your place of work or the place where the possible violation occurred. You have the right to appeal to your respective supervisory authority.

Automatically stored non-personal data

When you visit our Internet pages, we may store certain information for administrative and technical reasons. This can be: type and version of the browser used, date and time of access, and the IP address.

However, this data is then made anonymous and used solely for statistical purposes or to improve our Internet and online services.

Use of Google Analytics for web analysis (tracking)

We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, referred to hereafter as “Google”. Use of Social Media Buttons

In order to prevent data being transferred to service providers such as Facebook, Google, Pinterest or YouTube without your knowledge, we use the social media “Share” buttons via the integrated heise-tool “Shariff”. This guarantees that personal data is not passed on to the providers of the individual social plugins as soon as you access the site, but exclusively and only when you click on one of the social media plugins. Contact form

Congstruction stores the information you enter in the contact form (in particular name, company, address, telephone and e-mail) solely for the purpose of processing the inquiry and communication with the user. An encoded transmission of the data is not guaranteed and we would like to point out that no confidential information should be sent via the contact form.

We will not disclose the data from the contact form without your consent further to any third party.

Security

We have taken technical and administrative security measures to protect your personal data against loss, destruction, manipulation and unauthorized access. All our employees as well as service providers working for us are obliged to comply with the applicable data protection laws.

Whenever we collect and process any personal data, it will be encrypted before transmission. This means that your data cannot be misused by third parties. Our security precautions are subject to a continuous improvement process and our data protection declarations are constantly revised. Please make sure that you have the latest version.

Registration for our e-mail newsletter

If you register for our e-mail newsletter, we will send you regular information about our offers. Your e-mail address is the only mandatory information required for receiving the newsletter.
